the new hdss speaker's so I thought what's up why is this not sounding good and I went round and round my head I was originally going to send them back I went round and round trying to figure it out took a long time but finally I figured it out normally as any person would think when something has aptx with it you would think you put your earphones in you turn your phone on in this case the earphones connect to the phone and you have aptx not true I repeat not true you must first make sure your phone handles aptx codec and then you have to find out how to turn it on there is no switch on your phone that says turn on aptx you have to do some work to turn it on and not that many phones have it so if you don't have it you're not going to get the CD quality sound that you think you're getting from the earbuds you're purchasing and you blame it on the earbuds when in actuality the problem is your phone does not have aptx or in my case it just wasn't turned on and you have to do a little work to find out how to turn it on you have to go into the workings of the phone way I did it was I went on to YouTube and I listen to some people and they told me what to do and after that I can honestly say these earbuds are better than anything out there I mean anything they are a hidden gem it takes a lot for me to give something a five-star all the way down the row so that being said buy them if you have aptx on your phone because the sound will blow your mind and you will be a happy person if you do not have aptx do not buy them cuz they will sound horrible now the second thing earbuds you need to know is a lot of people blame the earbuds on not sounding good because they've tried all the rubber earbud tips and they can't get a good seal this is truly a big problem because in order for the earbuds to sound good you have to have a tight seal someone needs to work on that but I figured out a temporary way get the biggest one you can that will fit in your ear of the tightest and I know when you start to push it in and it will want to push back so what you do is specially with these earbuds cuz they have a little weight to them push the earbud in and turn twist in other words so that the rubber end cap on the earbud gets twisted and forms a seal it'll take you a couple of minutes but it's worth the effort once in snuggly you should not be able to hear much other than just some outside low noise after that hook up your earbuds to your phone or whatever device you're using to listen to your music make sure you got aptx or better yet aptx HD and you will
